After reviewing these sites, I am reminded that Drs. don't recommend Inversion Therapy for anyone who suffers from high blood pressure, glaucoma, etc. That info is included in this site.

Subject: Faysie, I feel for you. From my many years of reading orthopedic medical records for my former job, L4-L5 injuries seem to be some of the most painful. ~i&b

Subject: Faysie you sound like you've been ''through the mill''...you certainly gave me lots of things to look into. I'm gona get one of those pillows and I'll definitley look into the Sonic machine. I retired 2 yrs ago and was looking forward to just relaxing and doing what I wanted and now sitting has become a pain in my a$$ [LOL]. Most of the things I like to do involve a lot of sitting unfortunately [reading, artwork, watching TV and movies and working on my computer]. I don't know I think I'd say ''I'm in deep do-do''..Ha! Thanks again Faysie and I hope you are able to continue to keep your pain at bay. .........OT
