Subject: Thank you SO much! This will be most helpful. I think I'll try using this contraption more often, especially when it's so darned hot during the summer. Who wants to turn on their oven then? I guessed about preheating which I did do. It just seemed to make sense. Again, thank you for all the info!!....................L
