Subject: This thing cooked fast! It browned a bit more than I wanted, but the bread ended up being delish! I just wish I had some directions for baking other things. Supposedly, you can bake a pie or anything in here. If anyone knows anything about the countertop model, I'd sure appreciate any info you can give me....................L
