Subject: If people could AFFORD to go see a dr. regularly and catch potential problems before they get out of hand, maybe expenses could be cut....to me, that's what CARE is all about. Right now, the uninsured don't see a dr. until they need to be rushed to an emergency room and treated at great expense. Maybe a 1/2 hr dr. visit years before would have caught the condition so it could have been treated before the 'expense' got so great. I have insurance but I don't always go right away because of the deductables and copays. Elaine
