Subject: Actually, a city I used to live in enacted a smoking ban and after all the dire predictions of certain bar owners that they would be forced out of buiness, their business actually increased because more people came out. ~i&b

Subject: I think some of it is weather-related, too. People don't come out as much in a cold, windy February as they would in a warm climate. ~i&b

Subject: I wish we had smoke free bars! I would then go to them. Even the Singles Club meetings are held in smoky enviroments. eom/Jo
