Subject: I've been saying for 20-something years now that if I ever see Billy Mays in person I'm going to scream into his ear. I never have and never will buy a product as long as he's promoting it. ~i&b

Subject: I am ALWAYS late. And I mean...ALWAYS. At work, my start time is supposed to be 9 a,m. Pretty much every morning I end up strolling in around 10/10:30. My assistant and my boss are used to it. ON the other hand, I usually stay at work until about 7 or 8 or later, so I make up for it. I'm much more productive later in the day. When I do actually show up for work at 9 (or even 9:30) a look of shock comes across my assistant's face, LOL. She's always early and I'm always late. Works out well, I guess. My family gets REALLY irritated w/ me, though, becuase I'm always late for things with them too. We'll have a brunch or a visit w/ my niece schedule at like 10 a.m.. I'll come at like 10:45. My sister usually yells at me :-). Sometimes my family wil tell me to be some place at 9/9:30 when they want me there by 10..........DebS

Subject: Deb, we do that all the time with hubby's sister. Whenever she comes to see us she is always running behind. It's usually a mixture of legitimate stuff like traffic and just poor planning on her part. Since we know she's not going to change we just give her a time, but don't actually get started until 30-45 minutes later. It saves wear and tear on all of us, LOL. - Peridot
