2. What do you do for a living? How long have you done it? I am an office manager. I just recently came back to an office that I worked for from 1988 - 2001. My last job I worked in the admin office at a state prison. I have been a bookkeeper in some capacity or other since I was 18 years old.
3. Did you marry your "high-school sweetheart?" I didn't have one. But I did marry my first boyfriend when I was 19. It only lasted 3 years though. I've been married to hubby #2 now for almost 25 years. Amazing what happens when you wait until you mature to marry! LOL
4. Have you ever met anyone famous? The only famous person I actually met was Bart Starr the football player way back when I was in high school. And a guy named Bertie Higgins who had one hit entitled "Key Largo" back in the very early 80s. I actually had dinner with him one evening when he was with his band BUFFALO. You can hear it here: http://www.last.fm/music/Bertie+Higgins/_/Key+Largo

He taught me to always do my best and give 100% to whatever it is that I do. He was one that believed that if it was worth doing it was worth doing WELL. Probably his fault I'm such a perfectionist!

Giles' band and the late, great Brad Delp from the band, Boston (they are both from Boston, so it was easy to meet them), Pete Best, the original drummer for the beatles (he wasn't personable at all!), Richard Hatch (big deal) used to work at the saem radio station I worked at - this was post-survivor and pre-prison, of course. He wasn't that great of a person at all, Nomar Garciaparra (former redsox), Jason Varitek (red sox) and I think a few other red sox players, I used to be good friends with the late Vinnie Peruzzi, who was a famous DJ here in Boston (so if you dont' live in Boston you won't know who he was, but if you do, you most likely have at least heard of him)...there were probably others, but I can't think of any more right now. My radio days were a long time ago, LOL!

4. Have you ever met anyone famous? ****Actually a lot. Most of them are politically famous and the famous "stars" were met in the course of political campaigns. I think the "star" who suprisingly impressed me the most, was Dennis Weaver. More handsome in person, magnetic and gentle personality and he had the nicest eyes.
5. Have you ever been on TV? ****No on purpose. As above, it's always been part of something political. Also for a few years, my daughter was a news videographer and no matter how I tried to melt into the wallpaper, she always caught me.
6. What is the last good deed you did? ****Last night, I picked up two of the new $5 foot long sandwiches at Subway and a couple bottles of juice and dropped them off with a street person who camps out behind the Walgreens near my house. They were the kind of people who got up everyday and went to work, never called in sick. Our whole family (cousins, etc.) took vacation together every year. And they instilled those values in their family. Just one example... My grandfather had a rare type of blood. One night when I was little, they called him from the hospital at about three in the morning because a man had been in a motorcycle accident and they needed blood to save his life. My grandfather got right up out of bed, got dressed, and went to the hospital and gave blood. I guess, back to #7, I want to be remembered for being that kind of person. My grandfather passed several years ago, but my grandmother is still with us. And I'm thankful every day to be raised the way I was and to have the people that I do in my life. I know I'm getting way off track, but that's who had the most influence on me.
