Victor probably killed Walter..and he got away..I think when he said I'm here..he was talking to the person who was going to get him off that boat...after Walter was killed. Surely Victor can get away with anything his little heart desires. And now Victor is probably having that well-deserved rest while all these other people are running around half-cocked!!
