Topic: So, why does Victoria rate?

Victor threw Nick and his family off of the ranch, out of the tack house.   So, why does Victoria rate to stay on?  She and JT live on the ranch, in Nick/Sharon's old house.  Why isn't Victor throwing them off the land (and it can't be because of baby Reed, because Nick's got a little baby, too).

Sharon did own the house. It was hers and Nick's and Nick gave her his interest in it after their divorce so she and Noah could continue living on the ranch. It was not known then that Sharon would marry Jack. That is also why Nikki had to get Sharon's permission in order to move into that house after she left Victor. Apparently from what others are saying, Sharon sold it to JT and Victoria at Victor's suggestion but I must have missed that episode because I don't recall that. ~i&b

When Victor and JT discussed JT buying the house there was no reference to Sharon owning it.

i&b, I'm with you. I don't recall any scenes where there was any discussion of JT actually buying that house. I do recall the scenes where Victor suggested that JT and Victoria LIVE in Sharon's old house, because I recall thinking that it was strange that Victor would make such a suggestion about Sharon's home without consulting Sharon. Nikki had to ask Sharon's permission to live there, so why didn't Victor have to ask her permission before inviting JT and Victoria to live there? But, I just don't recall any scenes showing JT and Victor discussing the purchase of that house.

I think the house belongs to Sharon, she received it as part of her divorce settlement with Nick.

Didn't JT and Victoria buy that house?

I seem to remember Victor suggesting to them that they buy some house on the ranch and that he would carry the loan.

Am I remembering wrong?

I'm just wondering if Victor is going to fire JT now.

I am glad you posted because I had forgotten that J.T. and Vickie lived there.  That house is supposed to belong to Sharon because Nick had given it to her in the divorce settlement. Of course it had to have been deeded to Nick at some time for him to do that.

I agree.  I think that Victoria should have been tossed.  Ironically Nick is totally blameless in this situation.  The changes in the article had absolutely nothing to do with him, he is guilty by association.  Victoria on the other hand has been very vocal in her disapproval of Sabrina and her father and did blab about Sabrina's ex.

But, comments Victoria made were a part of the article about Sabrina. Also, Vic cut Victoria out of his will, so he must be as mad at her as he is at Nicholas.
