Okay...this isn't the most reliable source but I was on the Perez Hilton website and he had a posting about Madonna's brother's (Christopher) unauthorized tell all book. One of the claims Christopher makes is that when Madonna decided she wanted to have a baby she chose her trainer, Carlos Leon (who is her daughter Lourdes dad) over John Enos (Bobby Marsino).

Personally, I would have chosen John, he's gorgeous!

He was a character on the show about 5 years ago. He was hot! The writers had an opportunity to pair him up with Nikki but instead chose to pair him up with one of the tween characters, Britney, which basically ruined his character and soon after he was off the show.
