Additional Comments: Sabrina walks into Nicki's office and states 'your assistant wasn't at her desk'..How many times have we seen and heard this? People just walk in all of the time because the assistant isn't at her desk. I say, where in the heck are these people???

They go to the same place the cracker-jack security at the Newman Ranch go - who the heck knows! When Zara was in the living room of the ranch the night before the wedding I actually had to laugh at the stupidity of the writing team. To have someone walk into a billionaire's home, through the front door, no less, with no one stopping her was just laziness on their part. As for the assistants - how many times has Victor walked in to the ''competitor's'' place of business with no security stopping him! Very very silly!!

Yeah, and remember Lynn...Paul's assistant? Of course that was when he actually had an office and didn't cavort around with an aluminum brief case.

They are probably at Crimson Lights or Indigo taking a 45 minute break. Haven't you realized one of the benies of working for Newman or Jabot is you can just leave the building at any time during the working day? Heather did it today.

Their contracts have expired. Remember Connie, Victor's assistant? That role was played by a few different actors over time. And she was never at her desk.

When the door is partly opened in Victor's office, we sometimes see 'Connie's desk and there is always the same 40-50ish man talking to her. I think this guy is there so often, doing the same thing in the same posture, that he should be given a walk-on contract and mentioned in the credits. One other guy (always a guy) is on sometimes there, but not so often.

They could be doing all sorts of things, running errands, picking up something from another department, on a scheduled break, at a doctor's appt., getting a glass of water--anything is possible. Gone are the days of Jack's trusty assistant, Carol! Loved her.
