Additional Comments: I just hate the portrayal of Ana! She's portrayed in some cases as this little girl who's sent off to the kitchen for something to eat but then in other cases is portrayed as this wise person. She's just too "saintly" for my tastes. I much prefer a character like Eden who has both her good and bad points.

I'll take Eden ANYDAY over Ana. Eden's a brat, but at least she gets yelled at (by Michael) and put in her place. When does anyone over at the Winter's place do anything other than GUSH over the singing wonder?? Occasionally, Tyra will send her off to her room or something, but other than that, she's the center of attention whenever she enters the room. Everyone mentions what an AMAZING kid she is, enough already. The way she carried on for days with that scowl after she found out Tyra was her mother and treated her so badly irritated me to no end.

Message: Why not fill their quota with an interesting character? The kid does have a pretty voice but the acting leaves a bit to be desired. Her storyline is also boring. They need some new writers. I always loved Neil and Dru, they have to bring her back, Neil has been pretty boring since she's fell over the cliff!

I get the feeling like she's useless. She's just there to fill a certain 'quota' or to satisfy a certain group of people. She's not integral to any story. The little 'run away' story was obviously contrived to give an illusion that someone cares, so in turn Neil suddenly NEEDS a family so badly, which also comes off as contrived.
Really think there is more they can do with the Winter's family then to just simply bring in more black folx.
BTW I'm black, for those of you who like to jump to conclusions.
