When Katherine comes back and her will is annulled, I am waiting for the moment when Gloria will hear that, after all, she has to return the 5% of Jabot stock she had so anxiously hoped would help her get that CEO job at Jabot.

And, before Cathurn returns, we will have a long period of bickering (each day for a few weeks - lol) between Gloria and Jeff about who will be doing what at Jabot and who will be making the final decisions.

Glo and Jeff will then produce the stocks they each secretely bought unbeknownst to the other. But I think Jeff will have more than Glo and he will contest all her decisions and hold Jabot back for the sole pleasure of sticking it to Gloria and Jack. And The Cream will surface again for a while, along with Jeff's mischevious smile. Bang, you're it!

Marilou, please don't take this the wrong way.  But, i hope you are WRONG about everything you describe leading up to cathurn's return.  although, you are most likely right on the money.
