The short answer would be no. Given that this scenario has happened with Victor, twice, everything reverts back to the way it was. If they left things the same, Adam would still be running Newman.
What I wonder is, why do they read the Will so soon after the person "dies," especially, as in Victor's cases, there was no DNA or forensic evidence that he was dead. At least the first time Victor "died," they waited more than a couple of days before reading the Will.
