As a good share of us hate this upcoming surrogate baby storyline for Mac/Cane/Lily as well as the cancer story and we are sick of the Faith baby switch and all of Adam's hijinx, what storylines would all of you like to see, seriously, not jokingly?
Personally, I'd like to see them bring back the Foster and Brooks families - they would all surely have had children by now and those children could even be married with children...that would bring in some much needed new blood for new relationship pairings with existing characters. Also, how about a new company that isn't in competition with Newman or Jabot...maybe a construction company...perhaps the Foster or Brooks families could relocate the headquarters of the company to GC and some of the existing characters could go to work there...like maybe JT when this NY job doesn't work out.
What other stories would you all like to see?

Message: Anything for Jill. The character is seriously underutilized. Can't see her being involved with Paul but wouldn't mind him having a big part in the storyline, he's underutilized as well.

I'm getting my wish right now, with lots of interaction among Billy, Nicholas, and Adam.
I loved Aunt Jack's line to Nicholas the other day, comparing their situations: "You have Adam, and I have Billy."

Message: I like the idea of a new powerful family coming to GC but not too sure if it should be the Brooks family. That would definitely be turning the clocks BACK instead of moving forward. If they bring back characters, then I'd vote for Jill's brothers...Snapper and Greg. The reason soaps go away is because they can only do so much with a cast of characters...once everyone has slept with everyone else, and married everyone else, and fathered illegitimate children, and gone to jail and had near death experiences...the cycle starts all over again. The only way to freshen it up IMO is to bring in a whole new family with their own storyline...and meld it into some of the YOUNGER characters' lives...as much as we love Kay, how much longer can the ol' gal hang on? How much more can happen to her in this lifetime? I say let the oldies retire; that would include Kay, Victor, Nicki, Paul and anyone else thats been on the show since it's inception and bring in some young and interesting characters.

Adam, continuing his reign of terror, happens upon a serum that renders men sterile and dumps it in the Genoa City water supply. Couples all over town find they are unable to breed. This turns out to be a boon for the human race.
