I know Jill sent Phillip III to boarding school abroad, but wasn't it John who took Billy with him to live and go to school in NYC back in '98. Before that, Billy was even living with Jill at the Dennisons for awhile, right? While Billy may have attended some pricey private school in NYC, it never sounded like he was in boarding school. This is why Billy and Colleen are more like siblings. The only reason he came back to GC a year later (older) was because his own summer plans had fallen through, and John, Traci, and Steve were headed out the door to Australia. John didn't think Billy was old enough to stay at their apartment alone, so he called Kay and asked if it was okay for Billy to stay there. Billy arrived in GC and wanted to leave Cheeseland ASAP. When Billy ran into Raul, we then learned that the two of them had attended middle school in GC together, but Raul certainly never went to boarding school. Billy then began high school at Walnut Grove. So, exactly when did Jill ever ship Billy off to boarding school?
I think it was during the brief time when Jill was with Keith Dennison that she shipped him off. At first she had him living with them, then she thought sending him to school would help. It didn't and right before John moved to NY he asked her to let him take Billy. The excuse at the time was his grades. Jack and Ashley even worked to convince Jill it would be ok to let him go to NY because he would be with his father. She saw how it would help Billy and said OK.
It was back when Jill had a sweet and loving side along with her bitch-mode.
