just turned on the tv in the kitchen and "One Life to Live" is on and who do i see.. the actor who played "Terrible Tom" on this soap..apparently playing the same sort of sleezy role..faked own death now coming back to get even with the person who "Killed" him. "Mitchell Lawrence' is his new name.
I remember Rosco Bourne from "Ryan's Hope".. younger..better looking..playing a mob type charactor. Soap stars dont die..they move to other soaps..lol!
Roscoe Born played Mitch long before playing 'Terrible Tom'. Yes, he played a mobster on Ryan's Hope. Joe was a mobster w/a heart of gold.
At least Mitch is true to himself, unlike James Stenbeck (ATWT), Stefano (Days) & the like. Most of them get watered down over time, to the point of losing their effectiveness.
''Mitch'' is almost as bad as ''Sheila'' is almost as bad as ''Stefano'' is almost as bad as ''James Stenbeck'' is almost as bad as ....
Bringing cartoon villains back from the dead is just so lame and shows a total lack of imagination to create anything new.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching Terrible in his black leather jacket during the time he was Gloria's ex and giving her a run for John's money. Not so much all powdered and painted grey and cold on the morgue slab.
