Subject: No need for snarkiness, Rosebud. The Ex-List was basically along the same concepts as ''My Name is Earl,'' which has been a HUGE hit. --susie

Subject: No 'snarkiness' intended. At least Earl has some point to it. The original concept DID have a reason to be around in five yrs (or 100 episodes). It is also a far more well written show than most of the adaptations of foreign concepts--The Ex-List, Worst Week or Kath & Kim. None are as good as All In The Family, which was also an adaptation of a successful, foreign show. I feel the same way about some of the other shows, which doesn't mean I don't like the actors or the characters, just that I don't see the longrun potential for them. eom
