TNT has picked up the series, and will show all episodes already filmed. Plus I guess, if it does well enough (which will be a lesser minimum since it's on a cable channel), it may be renewed.

I am glad TNT picked up the show. I really think that it is a good fit. I thought that either TNT or FX would be a good place for Southland to go if it did get picked up. On a shallow note, I just love Ben Mckenzie, so I am glad to see him on Southland.

I never really liked the decision of NBC giving Leno the 10 pm slot five nights a week. I do not know if that is because I never have been a Leno fan or that some of my favorite dramas were shown in that timeslot on NBC over the years. I get that Leno is cheaper to produce, but I hate that this maybe what TV is coming to. Sacrificing some possibly good shows for others that are cheaper to put on the air.

I'm a fan of Ben's too! From his *O.C.* days. So I'm happy for him, more than anything else - I don't watch that show. -Spell
