Additional Comments: I don like it as much since Charlie has a permanent fiance. His character is more boring now and sometime a little too mean than he needs to be. Jake is less enjoyable (not as funny) now since he is a smart alec teenager. JMO

Haven't seen it in a year, or maybe more, I think.
Three things made it lose it's luster for me:
1. Rose was off the show (love, love love her! Is she back on now?)
2. That idiot character Charlie slept with and then Alan dated/married/divorced. I couldn't take the stupid writing for all of them when she was on.
3. It just got too crude without enough humor to carry the crudenss.
4. Actually, I was tuning in the last few years out of habit and also because Old Christine was on before (or maybe after) it and you know how it is.
I'll probably watch again, but that's only because there isn't much to watch in its place.

Message: After six years, I still enjoy this show. In my opinion, it has remained true to itself, and both the main and supporting characters are hilarious, especially Holland Taylor's Evelyn Harper and Conchata Ferrell's Berta! I think it's still one of the best situation comedies currently airing on television.

Message: I quit watching the new episodes when Rose didn't come back from England pregnant. That was the flip the show needed. Charlie would have grown in a spectacturely (sp) poor manner, and explain that to the kid. I don't care for the Chelsea character or the actress for some reason. Candy, Berta and their mom cracked me up.

Message: ICAM, that when the show ends in a couple of yrs, that Charlie should marry Rose. She 'gets' him in ways that these last two fiancees haven't. I was really hoping that this current fiancee relationship w/end when the cat got run over by the car. But no such luck.
They also need to raise the bar a bit w/the teenage boy. He is beyond the potty jokes & giggling at Charlie's jabs at women. Although I DO like his relationship w/Berta!

Hi.. I'm here from the DOOL board. I think this so is hysterical!! Love it.. Never miss it.
Of course, I like bathroom humor. I do get a little surprised and what they get away with saying or better yet "implying".
I'm enjoying having Charlie have a finance. He's already done 6 or 7 seasons of being a horndog. So they give him different situations with having a finance.

Message: I could never get into this show because of that little smart alecky kid altho I like both Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer. I too think they should end it w/ Charlie marrying the crazy neighbor girl. I haven't seen it in a few years.

Message: I don't like it that they devoted practically a whole show to Chelsea and her boobs.

I still watch it, mostly out of habit. It was so funny in its early years when Jake was younger. I do give them credit, though, for keeping Jake and not bringing in some new cute kid the way so many shows have done.
I don't think Chelsea is a good addition to the show. She's just not funny. I would like to see the series end with Charlie marrying Rose.
