Additional Comments: I finally hauled my hermit ass out to the gay bar last night to meet a couple friends (a friend with a new boyfriend, and they get all shirtless, gropey and sickening so I rarely wante to be around them anymore. But whatever, maybe I'm jealous. Not the shirtless part. That's just dumb.)
Anyway, the 3 of us were hanging out in the video bar room and the new Kylie video played. You could've driven a Mack truck through the opening which was created by my jaw dropping. Where's the hot pants? The flashy neon beams? The beefcake robot men with cod pieces?
Since I was wearing a black t-shirt, black leather motorcycle jacket and hadn't shaved in a day, my friend (the Colombi-Ex) said during the video "GOD! Do you always have to match whatever Kylie is doing?!" LOL, he must've been drunk. But I suppose it was appropriate attire to see this:

I gotta say the song is growing on me. Very typical breathy Kylie to start, but gets a bit of guts as it goes on.
It's funny you mention her lack of disco look. On the radio here yesterday they were asking if people were sick of her being mutton dressed as lamb. I think she looks hot, especially after all she's been through. She's a month older than me and trust me this bit of old mutton would love to have an arse like hers!

Message: I think this is a more sophisticated take on the disco thing she's had going on. Much like Madonna, any star with such longevity has to change it up a bit every now and then. There still plenty of glitter and primary colored hair to soothe you ;-)
