Additional Comments: I am a huge Passions fan, I've watched the show from the very first episode. Todays last NBC episode will be my last. Directv is just not in my budget, but if I could afford it I would definitely be watching. It kills me to know that it will be on and I can't see it. I watch soaps to escape the stress of ordinary life, but I watch Passions to escape the ordinary soap. So long Passions it was a wonderful eight years.

Message: I too will miss Passions...remember the first episode when they said "Harmony" a zillion times? Maybe we'll get to see it on the computer or soapnet. Otherwise there's this list.

Message: My sentiments exactly. i watched Passions longer than any soap i've ever been into, including General Hospital. I'll miss it. we don't get DirecTV here and I doubt I'd get it even if we did. My cable bill is already way too expensive as it is. Loved how they ended things with Gwen Theresa and Ethan today and wish I could know what happens. And of course, I'd love to know if that mean girl is really Beth or a side to Sheridan we didn't know about. Her scene in front of the computer made me really emotional. I hope they find him. She needs to take Alistar hostage and just start shooting him in non lethal areas 'til he tells her where Marty is. That's what i'd be inclined to do if someone took my baby from me. Especially if it was my evil father and he did it just because he's a twisted s.o.b.

You pretty much summed up my Passions experience. I also can't afford DirecTV.
I suppose there will be some way to keep up with events through reading
internet summaries and the like; and I'm guessing ''best of'' type scenes
may end up on YouTube, etc. Although, I doubt that DirecTV is going to be
putting episodes online, because the point is to get people to subscribe to
their service.
Right now, I'm not sure if I'll lose interest over time. I somehow think it
just won't be the same being unable to spend an afteroon or two every
week with these wackos.
Adios Passions. Thanks for some great laughs.
