Subject: Thanks Suzy. I'm a very private person and that embarrassed me so much. The blouse really isn't over the top either. I don't know what her problem was. I write letters all the time.......usually complimentary ones when people are exceptionally nice, but I will write complaints also and I think we all should. Companies need to know how their employees are treating people. Dottie
