Subject: Each states page seems to look a little differently. At the link I put, you have to scroll down to towards the bottom and click on a state where you or your parents have lived. Then (in most of the sites) you just type in a person's name, like your name, your spouse's name, your parents names and also try your grandparents names too. Try every state that they lived in. The site is very busy today so you may have to keep trying! I was surprised that I got through right away on the phone this morning. eom mags
