Subject: Canadians are truly a class act. I had mixed emotions as to whom I wanted winning the hockey game. My grandfather was French-Canadian. It would be like the Canadians winning the World Series if USA had won the gold./U

Subject: One of my great-grandparents was french Canadian too. Loved that M.J. Fox said he's lived in the US for 30 years but for that game he'd be wearing a maple leaf. Decades ago my in-laws traveled to Canada and my souvenir was a fabulous maple leaf pin. It's gorgeous and I love that it's the symbol of Canada. eom/WE
