It is good to see you chatting.   :-D     And tell Lucy congratulations on her new car!    It's quite nice.    I can't believe she is a grown woman buying cars.    Just yesterday she was a kid.

  • Grown up one minute - kid the next. She called me last night with a case of the vapors after making that kind of purchase - figuring out how old she'll be when it's paid for..Totally the monthly bills..etc... breath breath breath - Weez

How cool is that? Nice looking - I like Hondas.

We also have a new buggy:

It's a Toyota Prius (hybrid). It' takes getting used to but this baby gets near 500 miles a gas tank. Had it two weeks already and haven't even used a half a tank.

  • Well...............congratualtions - She would have loved to have had one of those... I too am a big fan of your car. One of the guys that used to work her had one. He went to websites where people gave tips and ideas to get even better gas milage. He tried everything - he had an hour or so commute every day so...he had time to - and each week he would report in with new things he tried and the results from his personal use. I greatly enjoyed having him around and listening to his home studies. - Congrats on the new ride - WWW
  • I'm jealous of all of you with the new vehicles. I am getting over 680 miles to a tank of gas with my old truck, but that's because it has a 38 gallon tank and gets over 18 MPG. My old truck is a 1992, but it does not have a spot of rust on it and no dents or scrapes anywhere. It may not be fancy, but it's been a good dependable vehicle. Still, there is nothing like the thrill of getting a new car. - Rusty
  • Weezer I'm glad we went the hybrid way - it's exciting to get that much out of a car. Rusty - your wheels sound perfect. You must take great care of her (him?). eom/WE
