Topic: My prize arrived & other news

Thank you Gail for coming up with a fun contest for all of us to enjoy!

And while I have your attention, I'd like to introduce our new family member. Our son celebrated his 8th birthday a few days ago and this was part of his gift. He's 8 weeks old, a chihuahua/poodle mix (called Wapoo or Chi Poo but we're calling him a ChiPoodle because we like the way it sounds. lol!!) We just got him yesterday afternoon and he has been so much fun already!

By the way we have named him Kozi. On Animal Planet there is a program called 'Escape to Chimp Eden', it's about a chimp sanctuary in Africa that take in abused and abandoned chimps on all ages. Our favorite chimp is called Cozi so we've named our pup after him and changed the C to a K. If you don't watch this show and are interested in animal shows, this is on at 8 p.m. on Friday nights. It's the one program that all 3 of us love and sit down to watch every week.

Kosi is adorable....I'm sure Grayson will have so much fun with him.

Like your prize of sunflowers too.

What a cute puppy Kozi is!  He COULD have won Gail's contest too.

What a great present for an 8 year old.  I'll bet he's having a ball playing with Kozi!

COOOOOL! Love the prize and oh that PUPPY!!!!! He's so cute! I bet your son is one happy kid. But I'll tell you right now, when your son goes off to college - YOU get to keep the dog!!! LOL!

I have Eric's dog. I told him he gets her back when he marries and has a yard for Nike'.

Glad it got there okay.    I will bet you anything I will now see a bazillion and two sunflower items now that I'm not specifically looking for one.    Living in the sunflower state I have in the past.   

Kozi could have won the contest too!!    Love the Chipoodle name much better than the other two and he is just precious!     I know you will have many happy years with your pup.    Hope the weather cooperates tomorrow for the party.    That IS tomorrow isn't it?     It's raining here again so I will blow it north!     Maybe that was last weekend.   Whatever, happy birthday Grayson!

His birthday was the 6th so his party was last weekend, which was good because it's raining here. lol! ... suzyb
