As a native New Yorker, I'll guess its the Steeplechase, but I also thought of the ferris wheel, known in Coney Island as the Wonder Wheel. First guess is Steeplechase.

I've never been to Coney Island and I don't know anything about it except that I've heard they have good hot dogs.
