Is anyone else having trouble with the time change?
I force myself to stay awake until I go to bed at 11pm. I'm really tired by then so why am I waking up at 5am ever since we turned the clocks back?
It's driving me nuts. I've never had trouble sleeping!
At 5 in the morning it's way too early to get up. So I very lightly doze on and off until 7am. I figure I might as well get up by then.
I want glorious sleep from 11pm to 8am back again! Anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this? I don't have sleeping pills and don't really want them.
(15 more minutes and I can go to bed! Yay!)

Message: The time change never bothers me -- spring or fall. I adjust to different situations pretty easily. I can even sleep in a motel the first night now. I used to lie awake most of the night the first night we were on a trip. Maybe I've stayed in so many hotel/motel rooms in my life I feel at home in them now. Could be. :-)

Message: Both Dad and I have had trouble sleeping and I didn't even connect it to the time change. It's never bothered us before. I have been waking up EVERY hour and glancing at the clock. I jerk awake, thinking I'm late. It makes me mad. I don't know what we can do, other than eliminating all caffeine and stuff like that. I hope you sleep better, mags.
