Subject: ITA, it may have been casual and just starting, but Shaun was under the impression that they were dating. And Rachel had to have known how Shaun felt about her, even if she didn't feel the same way. There's an attitude today that people don't really have to explain themselves and the other person should automatically understand how the other person feels without being told. Whatever happened to common courtesy, honesty, considersation? Shaun was okay when Rachel ended things, but he was justifiably upset when he found out she lied about his brother's part in the situation. Telling Shaun the whole truth would probably have made him really upset for a while, but it would have been better than being blind-sided seeing Rachel and Greg kiss just the next day after she broke up with him. eom
