Additional Comments: I can't believe I'm even saying this, but I liked Higley's version of Tess better. Now, she's just a one-note cartoon character.

Actually, DH's Tess was just as cartoonish when she was first introduced. It wasn't until she met Nash and fell in love that the lines between Tess and Jessica started to blur. Now that Jessica's psyche has ruptured again, it makes sense that old Tess would come out with flags flying. Viki's alter, Niki, is the same way. (I actually feel Tess is more believable. Niki has always been too over the top.) Having said all that, I like the dynamic between Tess and Todd, I like that Tess thinks she's smarter than she really is, and BW is giving a lot of energy to the role. She looks like she's having fun.

OK maybe it was because I FF'ed alot of Higleys stuff, but your right I liked Tess when she was with Nash alot! I liked when Ron 1st wrote her after the death of nash but now it just seems ridiculous that not one character besides Todd sees that it's Tess not Jess. BW is doing a bang up job but for me it's too obvious who she is. She's not even pretending to be Jess in front of the other characters. But the whole show has gotten pretty campy lately, maybe a bit too much for me..G
