Additional Comments:
I honestly don't get it.
B.E. is either a publicly owned and trade company in which case Asa could only will his interest or shares of the company to his heirs or it's a family business with no need for all this mumbo jumbo of shareholds and an unseen B.O.D. of people other than Clint, Bo, Natalie and *Little Brother*.
What *is* BE exactly seeing as it seems to be the centerpiece of the new OLTL and all?

I have a question about B E...
If it is Buchanon Enterprises... why does Nora and some others call it B E Enterprises?

For a show that doesn't care that Sam was definitely a 12-month pregnancy, BE shenanigans are small potatoes. They had Asa liking Sarah & her ''music.'' That was a huge stretch.

Message: BE is a typical soap opera corporation. They are always vague about what the company actually does, but a really rich person usually owns it and his/her kids are always fighting over it, or fighting over who gets to be CEO (usually the one in Daddy's/Mommy's favor at the moment). Does anybody know what ELQ does on GH, Spaulding Enterprises on GL, Worldwide on ATWT (or whatever it was called when Craig stole it from Lucinda), Chandler Enterprises on AMC, Newman Enterprises and Chancellor Industries on Y&R. We know Forrester Creations is a fashion house and appropriately located in Los Angeles, and Jabot on Y&R is a cosmetics business. Those are the only two corporations that are clearly defined.

Message: It started out as a family company, although Clint and Bo never really participated in it. Asa ran the company (basically by the seat of his pants), and although I don't remember when, apparently it went public because others own shares. Now that Calvin is going to sell all his shares back to BE, they will either be stronger, or more in debt, and maybe once again in someone's sights for hostile takeover.
