Topic: How many people are back for Tea?

Additional Comments: I stopped watching OLTL back with the death penalty stuff a few years ago, but I am watching again for Tea. I am loving her and all of the nods to the history of the character. Of course, I still with it was RH playing Todd, but the new guy is doing an okay job.

Yup, that would be me. I have watched on and off this last year but came back full time when I heard FL/Tea was returning. Also came back to the boards. I had not posted on any of them for years. It's great to see so many of my TnT buddies posting again.

Me. I've had SO much fun watching her again. I honestly stopped watching for 2 or 3 yrs and until last week caught it in spurts. I still don't plain on recording and all that, but it's still fun to watch semi-reg again.  Now if only Roger would return!

Once upon a time, JFP made me run away from soaps screaming only to vow that I would never return---unfortunately, I didn't bet on Florencia's return, and when I heard about it, I just couldn't resist. I'm back for Tea's run, and so far, I have completely enjoyed seeing her take Llanview by storm once again.

While it tugs on my heartstrings to see some old favorites again---Dorian, Viki, Nora, Starr---too many others have gone and I'm not sure that I can get pulled into the stories of the newbies enough to hang out once Tea Delgado's reign is over. I won't rule it out, but for now I'll just take it one day at a time and enjoy the time spent with one of my most favorites to ever grace the screen! :)

  • m&m! A Todd fan friend of mine from the old days on the soap boards (1998 through the goofus period) told me that you and other old friends were all over here again because of Tea's return. Nice to see you! Hope all has been well in your life all these years! *elisa

She's horrible.  She's over the top.  LOL.. her client has been suffering for years for what he did to Ms. Saybrooke... give me a break.  As Nora said...she wonders how she sleeps at night.... I do too.

I didn't come back for Tea, because I never left.  I didn't like Tea before, but I do now.  I love the way she is getting in Nora's face.  Am I just fickle?  I used to love Nora.  Apparently there is some good story telling going on.

I'm watching again for FL. She is worth having to watch TSJ try to play Todd.  If only RH would join the show again and prove that he's the real Todd then I would be happy.

I came back to see FL's Tea.  And so far, she hasn't disappointed!  Too bad RH isn't playing Todd though, because his character on ATWT has become completely unwatchable.

well i have been back since that fabulous sweeps with nash dying and dorian taking over BE.  I really enjoyed the summer with viki in heaven and 1968 storyline.  the todd/marty plot and its conclusion was riveting and with tea back it just adds another ingredient to an already fabulous recipe.  i cant say how great this show has been, its like when one storyline ends theres something new that pops up that takes its place.  so refreshing.  i am now glued to tea dn i love her chemistry with TSJ

I'm back for Florencia's Téa. She is a sight to behold, isn't she? I'm loving how she is the take no prisoners kick butt attorney she was when she first came to Llanview. I also like that so many people who didn't watch her before are enjoying both the actress and her character!

I had stopped watching for quite a few years. Marty coming back almost had me curious enough, but Tea coming back got me. I do think that if they make Marty vengeful, that will make this a very interesting story. I like shades of gray.

  • I SO want Ray to be a good guy when he returns. A Martinez is too good to be wasted on a villain who won't be around long. They need to hire him and let him meet Carlotta. I am just sorry his story involves the Vega boys--just can't get into them at all. Antonio looks angry all the time and Christian is a dull dufus who can't see Vanessa is lying all the time. There have been several moments when she almost gave herself away, but he just doesn't catch on. GHFan
  • Can you elaborate on which moments they were? Thanks
  • First, why would she go to the prison to visit Ray (in Columbia) if she was so terrified of him? That's how she found Chris. And then she tried to blackmail Chris, then later at that house in Colombia, she made a couple of remarks that didn't make sense in her story--I'm trying to recall exactly, but I remember a bell went off in my mind--'she's lying and he should know it if he thought about it.' Also, she shot Ray at the airport without allowing him to say a word--he wasn't threatening her, wasn't armed. Barely had time to recognise her. It looked very much as if she moved fast to stop him from revealing anything. There have been descrepancies all over the place, but Chris seems oblivious and I think he is smitten and she is definitely working him, as is Lola. She seems to be up to something. GHFan
