She is on now less often than Layla - John is being thrown together with Gnatalie - and to add insult to injury she agrees to shrink Blair's brain, only to be made a fool for doing so when Blair threatens to have her disbarred...

I wish they had given us a moment of Marty questioning why she would do this - have Todd play on Marty's sympathy to convince her, that they are all Hope's grandparents, etc. Instead, it kind of came across as a cheap, never-would-have-happened plot devise to give her some screen time with people other than John and Cole.
Blair is getting more and more nasty and vendictive the longer this plays out. I don't quite get what Ross sees in her (the whole "I've never met a woman like her...!" just seemed stupid).
Maybe Elijah can rescue Marty from John's dull grip - Blair and Ross can get pulled together, but there's still pull with Todd and Tea as the new couple of destiny - and John and Gnat can just vanish off the canvas.
