Nick's eyes look like all those people on True Blood when their souls had been taken. He is just creepy-looking.
And, if this is truly the way people go about getting equal rights, it is pretty sad. Marrying someone in an illegal, fake ceremony? Pretending to care about someone just for the sake of making a statement?
I'm all for equal rights, but this is just stupid. Amelia is sickening. She is going to "marry" Dorian, although allegedly she has a life partner? We know Dorian has no scruples, but this Amelia just wants publicity for her cause. I hope this storyline is over soon, because it's making me long for Mendora. Who would have thought that Langston and Starr would make more sense than anyone?
And, care to hazard a guess as to whose products are placed now? I've boycotted Hershey ever since they moved one division to Mexico in the midst of so many Americans losing their jobs, so I won't be swayed by KitKat or Reese's.
There's something a bit icky about Cristian wearing a wife-beater in the restaurant. Apparently the no shoes no shirt rule doesn't apply to the kitchen. Nice nod to Evangeline, however.
Kevin, damn he is fine! And another nod to Duke, Drew and Little Ace. If they would tune in to AMC, they would see that Ace has one big tooth and bare gums. He must have lost all his front teeth at once. He is so cute!

I am not a fan of Nick, and it has as much to do with the actor as it is the character and storyline - I see this as the current stumbling block in the Kish storyline and am looking forward to it being overwith. I fastforward scenes these days that are too telegraphed where they are going - Nick and Kyle, Greg and Rachel, Gigi and Rex.
I loved all the scenes with Roxy and Shane - I find it so incredibly sweet that these two have found each other, and I think it's hysterical that they have written his braces into the show. The two are very natural together (as are the relationships with Rex, Gigi with them too). I didn't even mind the product placement - I found them funny.
HOWEVER - even though I'm actually fine with Llanview becoming the most liberal community in the country, even I did a "come on" when the only thing Shane said when he saw two dudes kissing as, "I wish my parents kissed again."
BS!
No he didn't! No kid thinks that or wants to see his parents making out in public!
Shane would have been surprised to see two men kissing because you don't normally see two men kissing! Why would that have been so tough for OLTL to let happen? With very, very few exceptions in this country, the sight of two men lip locking in the middle of a greasy spoon diner would have given people pause. I'm not saying they shouldn't have done that with Kyle and Nick, but at least let the reactions be realistic.
"Oh gee - I'm a 13 year old boy and when I see two guys kissing I think about my parents."
Eeeeeesh! Come ON One Life to Live!
Yes - most kids these days are more aware and tollerant of gays than some adults want to give them credit for, and we have seen evidence that Shane is very respectful of adults (when they aren't his parents or whore bag of an aunt or crazy exwife of his dad), but you will never (!) find a more vocal group of homophobes on the planet than teenage boys - sorry - even the "good ones" can't help it, especially if they are in organized sports, where anything "lame" is referred to as being "gay." Sorry - it's the way it is.

The reason Nick's eyes look strange is because they're too far apart. I always find myself studying faces and am very observant. I also think his lips are strange. I also think Kim's(Stacey's friend) forehead is too short.
This storyline with the gay marrages is beyond stupid.
Kit Kats and Reeses rule!!
