Additional Comments: I heard something about her son staying on the outside? I assume of prison, if so how does Todd have the ability to make that happen? Thanks!

I must be a bad mother, because if my kid was doing something like that I'd say ''turn yourself in or I will,'' - especially if by trying to keep the secret I allowed myself to get tangled up in Todd's nasty illegal, unethical, career-ending web of deceit.

Maybe that's why I don't live in a soap opera....

Whatever happened happened years ago, long before the doctor ever met Todd. I think she said her son was just a kid at the time and she got him the help he needed. You're right that she should have turned the kid in, but I think most mothers would understand her desire to protect her son from prison. Anyway, since she participated in a cover-up involving a hospital and drugs, Todd has also threatened to have her called before the licensing board, which could end her career. I haven't seen today's episode, but on Friday it looked to me like she was ready to call his bluff, and I hope she did. //SqueezeMe
