Additional Comments: What was the purpose of killing off another part of OLTL's History....Pamela? Just to get rid of Jared off the Show? They could have gotten rid of him without upsetting the show's history, The show's dark hero Johnny could have easily shot him in moment of self defense. Sometimes the writing on this show makes no sense at all.

I'm really surprised you can be shocked that TPTB wouldn't kill off a core character, much less someone like Pamela. Family ties and history mean SQUAT to these people.

Well, it fits into my theory that the person(s) behind the stalking is Nash's dad or Nash's parents. Pamela helped Jared perpetrate the Asa's-son con, which set in motion the circumstances that eventually led to Nash's death. She also blew the lid off that con (although forced to by Dorian) - again, something that led to Nash's death. If the stalker is setting Jared up - and it appears that is what is happening to everyone but John - then killing Pamela just lays another stone on Jared's coffin.

I still think the stalker will eventually try to harm Natalie and Jared will be killed saving her. Or at least trying to save her. The actual saving part will probably be saved for SuperCop.
