Just to answer your first thought, NO, I am not pregnant, lol! That would be news that would give me a major coronary (I love my boys but I AM DONE having kids).
My big news is that I have purchased my very first home!! Amy and Shane and I decided to buy a home for all of us. Separately we could not have afforded it, but we can together. On Saturday we signed the final papers at the builders and will be moving into our new 1834 sq foot townhome in October 2010. Shane is very handy, so he's going to refinish the basement between closing and moving dates (along with Amy's dad who is a Journeyman carpenter and contractor) and add 2 more bedrooms, a laundry room and storage (and a roughed in bathroom), bringing the total sq footage to over 2500 and the number of bedrooms up to 6 from 4.
Here's the floorplan for our new digs! They break ground in November. Now we have the omninous task of picking out everything...from paint, to carpet, to tiles, to fixtures, there are so many choices.

How wonderful! It looks fantastic and how lucky you are to have such a great combined family. I'm happy that things are looking up for you and the boys. It's been a tough few years for you lately, and now GOOD THINGS ARE HAPPENING!
