Hey guys. Things are hectic here and I've got a few minutes and thats about it right now. I'mm sorry I've been busy lately and not posting.
Firstly things are looking up in OK for us job wise. Both Daryl and I have aquired jobs, his in retail and mine is in payroll for the OK State in private nursing care. I basically am doing billing and getting checks printed and mailed out and keying in new employees.
The girls are fine, In daycare and I think enjoying it
Now for the sad news. My Dad passed away Easter Sunday. In fact I had talked to him that very morning, wished him happy easter, told him of our new jobs and how we had all the hospital bills paid off and were finally getting back on our feet. He went out for dinner with friends and they dropped him back home around 9pm that evening. The police think Dad passed away that night as from what the police saw around the house the sunday news paper was inside but Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays papers were still outside. Yes thats right unfortunelty it was a few days later before he was found! =(
I've been on the phone since friday it seems calling whoever I can think of. I'll be arriving up in Victoria on Wednesday and staying up there for at least 2 weeks if not longer. Daryl found me great deal on tickets on cheaptickets.com. Daryl and the girls will be staying in OK as I can't deal with the kids up there with the house and all the things I have to go through.
My parents have the greatest neighbours, they are looking after the house, picking up the mail and I have even been offered the use of a car while I'm up there!! I will have to give them all a special thankyou for the way they have all looked out for my Mom and Dad over the years. Especially after Mom was put into the carehome.
Thats all I can think of to say right now, I have to get going. Laundry to do and packing and I have a child hanging off my leg right now, lol so it must be dinner time!!
love Joanne

I'm so sorry to hear about your dad, especially since it was so unexpected.
Take care of yourself and have a safe trip.
I'm glad to hear that things are looking up for you and Daryl.
