Subject: I remember the gentleman who used to run the wonderful but now defunct WoST site, in one of is commentaries, mention that P&G started saving the tapes of all of their shows 'in 1978', which suggests that the shows may not go back to January, but start at some point during '78. Roger must have raped Rita around October of that year, since she and Ed married in November, and that would certainly be a great place to start, since the whole marital rape storyline between Roger and Holly, which played out through much of '79, really began when Roger first raped Rita and she decided not to come forward. And I think that's when Roger really snapped and became a full-fledged villain, when he raped Rita, so that would be interesting to watch that process unfold. eom
