Subject: Oh yeah, I forgot to mention your calling Bush the 'devil' for daring to speak about something so important as oil prices during your soap was silly. I am not a Bush lover, don't like him at all as a matter of fact, but missing a bit of GL to talk of oil which is becoming a scary topic should NOT label somebody as the devil. (rainydays)

Subject: Fevuh) I had to laugh...we used to call him 'Dam Blather' on the boards. And his friend 'Slob Schieffer'. I remember one report in particular where Dam interrupted, and went to Slob who was outside of the Capitol here in DC. And Slob's commentary was that 'Congress is inside, right now, casting their votes (for whatever it was). A 'yes' vote means that 'yes' (blah), and a 'no' vote would mean that they don't support (blah bill). They're literally casting their votes one by one, right now. Back to you Dan.' I remember that being the last straw for me. Wow. You don't SAY? A YES vote means YES? REALLY? Well I'll be God Dam*ed. LOL. And a NO vote means NO?? Well shi* a brick, I never would have suspected. Thank GOD we got the low down on all of that. eom

Subject: TA about Dan! SHUT UP!!! I yelled at him every time. While oil is important, I REALLY think it can wait until night; a few hours probably didn't hurt a thing! Also, if you REALLY think oil is important it would behoove you to check out for yourself the real reasons that it has gone up, and not listen to political doublespeak hooey! he could have actually told the truth this time, don't know. But you STILL need to find out for yourselves, and not count on people with agendas to give you your information. That is a very dangerous way to live! fee

In my local market GL comes on at 10:30 in the AM.(So. Fla.) and it seems like President Skippy McDumass always chooses that hour to make a blah-blah.At least here we can set our recorders and catch it again at 1:30 in the morning!! sometimes 2:30Am if Oprah rerun to tooo important to bump.
