Saw this on the Soap Opera Network Message Board - final numbers are not out. GL was one of the most googled items during its final 2 weeks, and with all the press the show had...on major shows like 60 Minutes - I really do not think the ratings will be accurate for the numbers of people who truly tuned in....however, someone posted this via Twitter, and I'll look for the final ratings when they come out, but:
#GL - Final Wk Rtgs Tease: Up 27% from Year Ago in Households, 28% in Total Viewers, 50% in W18-34, 11% in W18-49.
#GL - Final Week on TV ranks 5th in Total Viewers over #AMC, #ATWT, #OLTL.
Especially interesting if the final week's telecast actually did beat out All My Children, and One Life to Live....
Hopefully the ratings for the final week are higher and will always be higher than Let's Make a Deal or any other replacement CBS comes up with in the future.
