Oh, I get ya....when it's breezy...the grommet on the flag clinks against the pole in our neighbors yard and it's like chinese torture treatment when the wind blows the right way and we hear it.

White trash on one side airing their dirty laundry and yelling at their kids, trash on the other side doing the same. And idiots hauling down the alley with no thought for kids or animals being mowed down. Thankfully that hasn't happened (yet)

I like to lay out in my bikini in my back yard, which I feel like should be in privacy, but there is one neighbor who is about 60 years old and lives alone, and seems to always come out to do his backyard work when I am out there trying to relax, read and get some sun. And instead of just going about his business, he always walks over to the fence and wants to strike up a conversation. It's very annoying.

THAT would give me the creeps. Of course, he's never out there FIRST, he chooses to wait till you're out there. Even if it's the *lonely* card...does he come out when you are out there other times or just sunbathing?
So he's looking! No crime in that

Nothing much. I'm surrounded by people who like to leave their outdoor lights on all night long-it's annoying to have all that light streaming into my home and lighting up my yard. I'm moving in 2 weeks. If that's the worst that I have to put up with, I'll be very thankful!
