Wow i was really surprised at this news. I know it's only temporary but what a weird time to recast in the middle of this pregnancy scrubs story. JT will be back may 2. Some have specualted it's for his vacation, but dont thet usually pre tape or work around it. god knows when steve burton goes on vacation it seems like he never left cause they pretape. It's gonna be really weird to see robin with a different actor playing the part opposite of her. well the scenes from what i hear will be fast foward worthy anyway, nore stupid wacky hyjinks spoilers below

Robin over hears fakepatrick tell coleman that he has the hots for anna. Robin overhears and freaks out. cue up the tubas! thanks god JT will not have to play these scenes out.

I like the new Patrick. I liked the old one too, but he looked like a metrosexual player to me. Still, no Patrick can be romantic or sexy with Robin as his partner. I can't get past the HIV thing. It just doesn't belong with sexy relationships to me. Sadness, death, etc. yes, but not love and babies.

GH recently did a temp. recast of Jax when there was a scheduling conflict. It is unusual these days, but not unheard of. Life happens.
