Topic: Breaking News Fan Fave returning in December SPOILERS!!!

Fan fave Chad Brannon, who played the troubled drug dealer turned mob errand boy Zander Smith from 2000 to 2004, will be back for one episode in mid-to-late December as part of the Rebecca storyline. During his tenure, Zander fell in love with Emily (then-Amber Tamblyn) when he kidnapped her. They later married (with Natalia Livingston in the role) and divorced. Zander also fathered Cameron with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). "It will be a nice wink to the audience," shares a setside source.

I am looking forward to seeing Chad again. It makes you wonder why would Zander come back for Rebecca. I am thinking he will be an Angel and maybe Natalia will play Emily as an angel come down to get Rebecca when she dies. Maybe he will also visit his Babies Momma and tell her to quit being a slut.

Don't know. Someone needs to update his website. Last entry is 2007, when he starred in a production of Hamlet, directed by Lane Davies (Ex-Cameron Lewis a/k/a Zander's dad./GH). //SqueezeMe

I went ot IMBD and his last work entry is 2007. I guess he's not working, which I hope isn't because he can't get hired, but of his own choice. He's talented and good looking. I wish him luck. Helena

Love Chad. But I think he will appear in Rebecca's back story rather than come back as Zander alive or dead. Good news, anyway.

I read about Chad's brief return, I am thrilled.  I can't wait to see Zander.  But Zander is dead and I don't know how they will write his return.  I wish he could come back full time.
