Additional Comments: I would love to know what Sarah Brown does to get such fabulous arms! She has the leanest most scupted arms other than Madonna. I'd kill for her triceps! She's toned, yet not bulky.

Message: Her arms are very toned and muscular, but that's not the problem. Frankly, not to be unkind, but the problem is her manish hands. Even those wouldn't be so bad, except she's constantly figeting with them and drawing attention to them. It's distracting. I would kill for the bod, no doubt.

I have to agree with the posters who think they look a bit too masculine. I don't know a lot of men who want to grab on to bulging biceps when they're with a woman. I asked my husband what he thought about Madonna's arms, and he thought it was kind of gross. Admiration for her obvious hard work, but not attractive to him. She's obviously very fit and I envy her dedication and hard work, but I wouldn't necessarily want her physique.
I just saw the Sex and the City movie this weekend and SJP's body wasn't attractive to me at all. She's much too tiny and muscular, it was kind of a distraction. I thought the other ladies were more feminine and attractive. SJP needs to eat a sandwich and put down the weights IMO. But then again.....everyone has different likes and dislikes.

I like her arms too. I guess to each his own. Madonna's arms and Sarah Jessica Parker's arms are in the same category in my opinion.
I know Sarah goes to the gym based on interviews I've read. Apparently she goes to Kin Shriner's (Scotty) gym.
She's also into yoga and snowboarding. Madonna does yoga too. I also think Madonna does push-ups on the chair (when the chair is placed in back of the body and the legs are straight out in front and one uses the seat of the chair to do push ups with the arms from behind. The body dips in front of the chair when one does it...if this makes any sense.....). I also vaguely remember reading that Sarah Jessica Parker lifts soup cans while she's on the phone. Who knows really?
All that said, I really think it all comes down to genetics. Sarah's always had great arms, they just have more definition now.

Message: She is obvioulsy in great shape but I am sorry that to me those arms and hands look very "manly", veiny and just a bit much for my taste. However, I bet in person, she looks better, or should I say, her arms look better, since the camera is supposed to add some weight to you, so maybe in person she just looks fit and amazing and not too overdone in the arm muscle department.

Message: Hmm... maybe it's just me. I don't think she looks bulky at all. I'd rather have toned arms than that hideous flab that most women get under our arms. Does anyone know just how much work it takes to tone your triceps? Fit and in shape... what's so wrong with that? It's not like she's anorexia thin!

Message: yea those arms are digusting! although someone women like that look...so i guess it depends on on ur taste. but i've never understood the admiration of such masculine arms. her whole look is really hard and butch almost. i remember SB when she first started, she was beautiful and now she looks horrible from all the hardcore workouts.

Message: I can't stand her masculine arms. I made this comment to a friend when she first returned that she really needed a new physical trainer to bring out the feminine side in her.
