Message: I liked both actors that have played Jerry Jacks. However, I hated what TIIC did to the character of Roy. Love A Martinez, but there was very little about 'today's' Roy that resembled the guy played by Asher Brauner. Like so many of the return characters on soaps today, Roy was SO watered down & unrecognizeable I found it a disappointing waste.
At least if Bobbie was married to Jerry today there would be a reason for the character to be around & it would have made for many opportunities for JZ to do some great acting that she IS capable of, instead of (at best) being the occasional living prop.

Message: I really liked Jerry back then when Julian Stone was playing him. I can't even imagine Julian playing Jerry now as the monster he has become. Just another example of the writers completely changing a charactor. Back when Julian played him Jerry was just a bumbling con man not an evil murderer lik he is now.
