Subject: Unfortunately there are some that are arson fires....but here where I live the fires last Saturday started up w/lightening & thunder. It's just sooooo dry everywhere. Calif has been drought ridden for the past several years and this year is the worst! I wish we could take some of Iowa's rain from them. I worry about those folks too. Just bout an hour ago the fire jumped the Feather River Canyon by Paradise Lake and there is a huge evacuation going on there tonight. That's about 8 miles up the road from where I live. It is the one thng they really didn't want to happen. Magalia is where I was pet-sitting when the Paradise fire ws happening. Anyway thanks for your concern. I too feel sad for all the wildlife. TDQ
