Subject: Sounds like Vancouver has decent planning and density, which we don't have. I wish our company had built downtown, instead of the Bloomington area, which is now pretty much the Triplet City to the Twin Cities. Tons of people and companies moving into that area. So now we have people constantly driving and ping ponging between the three hubs and its disasterously inefficient. I swear, if we don't get our s*** together, this place will be another Atlanta in 20 years, and that would be a pity. eom Martimmy
