I wasn't sure if you'd go back into the topic I posted above. But we had an ant prob in our old house. We found that Terro brand works VERY well. They have a granular type too that you can spread around your outside.

We used (outside) a mixture of borax, cocoa, and flour. It worked too. We had nasty red ants.

I absolutely can't stand ants....and the funny thing is they showed up inside the house right after we had the floors put in....how weird.....

They probably are attracted to the glue that was used to put the floor down. Ants are such a nusiance! Good luck! eom Ang.
